Architectural Photography

I have considerable experience in photographing both interiors and exteriors of commercial, public and residential buildings in the UK and in Germany.

Architectural photography covers many aspects of buildings and there are often technical considerations that demand the use of large format cameras with the ability to correct verticals, or to work at height and at night. Sometimes though, a creative approach rather than a straight forward technical one pays dividends.

Residential property owners can have a set of pictures showing their house for sale in its most attractive light. These can be provided to the selling estate agent or made into a sales brochure by the vendor. My marketing services team will create the brochure artwork and the finished brochure as well, so you only need to brief one person.

Site progress photography gives an accurate record of achievement for an entire project – which can have marketing spin-offs. This is just as effective for a single residential property project as it is for a whole industrial estate, for example.

In the 1990’s I completed many assignments for The World of Interiors magazine and have also worked on features for Woman and Woman’s Own magazines.

Architects may need photography of architectural models as well as finished, or part finished projects. I have also covered PR and Marketing events, organised for Architectural practices.

Architectural jobs can be weather dependant, so are usually charged on a project-by-project basis, but many jobs fit into the hourly, or half day and day rate pricing structure.
